Golders Green, with a weakened forward line and opposed by a strong Barnet side, were defeated by five goals to three at Claremont Road last Saturday.

Stroud was still absent, Callaghan was unable to take part, and Cochrane was indisposed. The Green introduced C. Thomas and F. Hicks of the Reserves, and both did well and showed enormous promise, but this was a very big test for young players.
