McCann reaches landmark game

Last night marked the last game in Gary McCann's fourth year in charge of Hendon, having returned to the club on February 1st 2005.

The January Snowball draw took place at halftime during our game with Staines Town, with the Trust able to give away nearly £350 in prize money to two lucky draw members.

Hendon made the most of their temporary home for the day this afternoon as they beat Canvey Island 2-0 at Staines Town's ground.

In a hastily arranged friendly against landlords Wembley to give both sides some match practice after the weekend having been lost to frost, Hendon ran out 7-2 winners last night at Vale Farm.

Following last night's match between Erith & Belvedere and Dulwich Hamlet in the London Senior Cup, we now know our opponents for the quarter-final.

With the continued freezing weather and a very heavy frost last night, and also the fact that Wembley's home game against Bedfont was postponed today, we have arranged for an inspection to take place at 10.
