Greens win 50 years on

50 years after losing 2-0 to Bishop Auckland in front of 100,000 at Wembley Stadium, Hendon turned the tables with a 3-0 victory against the Bishops on a warm afternoon at Claremont Road.

Reserve to take Clapton game

As mentioned in the previous item, it has been confirmed that the reserves will be playing the friendly at Clapton this coming Tuesday evening.

The reserves will be playing eight friendlies all away from home as they look forward to their first season under the leadership of Mark Crawford.

The league have confirmed the date change for our game at Wealdstone.

Potential fixture alteration

It is very likely that our away game at Wealdstone will be put back two days due to the non availability of Northwood's ground on Bank Holiday Monday.

Tough start for Greens

The Greens face a tough start to the league season with an away game against Braintree Town on Saturday 20th August.

Gary McCann confirmed this evening at the Supporters Association AGM that the squad that finished with us last season had all been invited back to training.

Youth teams 2005/06

Following the open trials held on Saturday morning, it has been decided that we will be unable to run youth teams at under 11, under 12 and under 14 levels this coming season due to a shortage of applicants at the relevant ages.

Supporters AGM on Tuesday

Supporters are reminded that the Supporters Association AGM will take place this Tuesday evening, 12th July, at 8.

2005/06 admission & season tickets

The club have confirmed today that there is no change to admission and season ticket prices for the 2005/06 season.

New season looming for Greens

The first team start their preparations for the new season this coming Thursday when the players reporting for preseason training on Thursday 7 July.

FA Cup draw

The Greens will start in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup once again this season and the draw has thrown up a home tie against either Tring Athletic, Biggleswade United or Haverhill Rovers.

FA Trophy draw

The draw for the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy has seen the Greens drawn away to Fisher Athletic, who currently play their home games at Dulwich Hamlet.

FA Youth Cup draw

For the first time in a few years we have entered our under 18 side in the FA Youth Cup.
