Hendon were made to pay for a poor performance against Bognor Regis Town at Silver Jubilee Park on Saturday with the visitors romping home to a much-needed 4-1 victory.

Javon Marquis and Keagan Cole hit the woodwork for Hendon in a bright opening 15 minutes, but once Callum Leacock opened the scoring for Bognor in the 35th minute there was only ever going to be one winner.

Winger Lee Seok-Jae added a second from a smart move before Billy Allcock smartly finished from the edge of the box to make it 3-0. Marquis was then sent off for denying a goalscoring opportunity with 9 minutes remaining and Leacock grabbed his second of the afternoon shortly after.

Florian Ada's well taken consolation proved nothing more for the Greens who now return to midweek cup action.
