The club confirmed last week which youth teams will be running for the forthcoming season. An under 11s side is being started up and the intention is to use youngsters from our mini soccer schools that are run during the season. A manager is yet to be appointed for the team. The under 14s (last season's under 13s) will be continuing, but now under the guidance of Dewi Davies who was the assistant to last season's manager Gary Hyams. The under 15s (last season's under 14s) will also be carrying on, but a new manager has yet to be appointed as Gary Giessing has moved on to be a youth coach at Arsenal.

The under 16s (last season's under 15s) will continue under the guidance of Mark Crawford and they will be looking to make an impact on the Premier Division following their Division One championship last season. There will unfortunately be no under 17s team following the retirement of manager Lou Llewellyn, and we are unable to run an under 18 team as the club are unable to find a slot for them to play on the stadium pitch. We thank our departing managers, Gary Hyams, Gary Giessing, Lou Llewellyn and Hedi Bouchnak and wish them all the best for the future.

Any youngsters who would like to try out for any of the youth teams this season should contact the club during office hours on 020 8201 9494
