Young defender signed on a youth loan in August 2023 from Leyton Orient. Ethan joined the Os from Burnham FC in January 2023 and is highly rated by the Brisbane Road staff. Recalled by Leyton Orient in late March 2024 and sent on loan to Banbury United. Released by the O's in May 2024.
Signed for Hemel Hempstead in summer 2024, but was released and signed for the Greens in late July 2024. Left club in late January 2025 to accept an offer from a club at a higher level.
