The first team ended their pre-season preparations with a 4-1 victory at Potters Bar Town. After a goalless first half, the Greens took the lead two minutes into the second period courtesy of Dave Diedhiou.

Jamie Busby doubled the lead shortly before the hour mark, with Potters Bar pulling a goal back a few minutes later. The final two goals came in the last five minutes, both being scored by Mariusz Serwin.
