Hendon exited the FA Cup with a 4-1 defeat at Southern League Premier Division South side Berkhamsted yesterday afternoon to end their interest in FA competitions for the 2025/26 campaign.
The Comrades opened the scoring through JJ Lacey from the penalty spot before capitalising on a defensive error on the stroke of half-time, Ryan Andrews slotting home from an acute angle to make it 2-0.
Ryan Blake's turn and strike sealed the game for the home side in the second half and although Isaac Stones reduced the arrears to make it 3-1, Lacey's second of the afternoon sealed a comprehensive scoreline to take the Step 3 side into the 3rd qualifying round draw on Monday.
