Hendon's pointless start to the season continued yesterday afternoon in Plymouth as Truro City displayed a clinical edge to beat Lee Allinson's men 4-1.

Jack Rice opened the scoring with a long-range effort after three minutes and Shane White doubled the lead before the break with a smartly taken far post header.

A defensive mix-up made it 3-0 shortly after half-time as Tyler Harvey pounced before Kyle Egan finished an excellent counter attack to make it 4-0.

Joe White's late penalty proved little more than a consolation for the beaten Greens.
