Two goals in the final ten minutes were enough for Walton Casuals to come back from a goal down to beat Hendon 2-1 at the Elmbridge Arena this evening.

Liam Brooks gave the visitors a deserved lead in the 16th minute of a keenly contested and entertaining first period to give Lee Allinson's side the half-time lead, and whilst the second period lacked the quality of the first, there was plenty of late drama.

Firstly Adam Liddle finished well on 80 minutes to equalise and then, as the match entered stoppage time substitute Gabriel Odunike latched onto a long ball and finished with aplomb to take the points.

Before the game could restart Wilson Carvalho, who had already been substituted, was dismissed for a fracas on the bench that also saw a Walton player who had also come off shown the red card to cap a disappointing evening.
