Lee Allinson has moved quickly to fill the vacancy in his coaching team left by the departure of Eddie McLoughlin by appointing Cameron Mawer as the club's new assistant manager.

Cam joins us from neighbours Boreham Wood where he spent 8-years initially coaching the PASE Academy team, having previously been involved in the club's community coaching, and moving on to become reserve team manager and finally first team coach in 2017.

As a player Cam enjoyed Football League experience with Watford and Peterborough United before dropping into Non-League and enjoying successful spells in the Conference with Grays Athletic and then Weymouth. Cam has also been with Arlesey Town and Biggleswade Town as a player and has known Lee Allinson for a number of years.

Cam brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience and is sure to be a real asset in pushing the club forward both on and off the pitch this season. We're delighted to have him on-board and wish him a long and successful stay at Silver Jubilee Park.
