Hendon produced a brave fightback in the Emirates FA Cup 3rd Qualifying round at Hayes & Yeading just missing out in a nine-goal thriller.

Having been 3-0 behind at the break through a penalty from Ogo Obi, a goal from Jacob Cook and a Chris Grace own goal, it looked as though the hosts would secure a comfortable passage into the final qualifying round.

Kameron English reduced the arrears before an Omar Rowe goal made it 4-1 to the hosts. Hendon grabbed a second through Sam Corcoran with 20 minutes remaining before Francis Amartey tied things up with a brace.

Hassan Jalloh sealed the hosts' progression late on with the winner in the 88th minute, again from the penalty spot, as the Greens bowed out of the FA Cup for this season.
