On a very wet afternoon at SJP, the first team played out a goalless draw against Dorking Wanderers.

The first incident of note came in the opening minute when the Greens were initially awarded a penalty. However, after consulting with his assistant, the referee corrected his decision to be a free kick just outside the box. The resultant free kick didn't test the visiting keeper.

Midway through the first half another penalty was awarded, and Niko Muir stepped up but fired the ball over the bar. The half ended with the Greens on top but not creating clear chances.

The second half continued in similar vein, with the Greens having plenty of possession, whilst looking much more secure defensively following the return of Tom Lovelock. However, chances remained at a premium and it was no great surprise that the game ended without a goal.
