The first team had their first friendly run out of the summer on a very wet evening at Silver Jubilee Park.

With a number of trialists getting a run out during the match, it was Hanwell who took the lead in the 3rd minute. However a few minutes later Zak Joseph equalised after good work from Niko Muir.

Leo Pedro, one of the trialists who was with Uxbridge last season, put the Greens ahead in the 14th minute, and then scored again in the 28th minute with a fine effort.

The second half was marred to what appeared to be a serious knee injury to a Hanwell player, and after he had been stretchered off, the game was evenly matched with no further goals.
