Dominic Gentle

It is with sadness that we have learnt of the death of Dominic Gentle, who passed away on 18th March aged 44. His passing came shortly after being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour.

Dominic played for the Greens in the 1999/2000 season, playing an important part in the campaign scoring 21 goals in 53 appearances.

During his career he played for a number of clubs including Cockfosters, Boreham Wood, Grays Athletic, Enfield, St Albans City, Purfleet, Billericay Town, Bishop's Stortford, Slough Town, Heybridge Swifts before finishing his career at Waltham Abbey.
