Hendon continued their recent good run of results with a hard earned 2-1 win at Horsham this afternoon. Despite going behind to a 5th minute goal scored by Claude Seanla, the Greens played the bulk of the football and deservedly equalised just before half-time through Craig Vargas. The winning goal came in the 90th minute when Peter Dean scored with a fine strike. The day was soured slightly when Lee O'Leary picked up a head and ankle injury late in the game. There is currently no news on the seriousness of the injury, but we all hope that it is not too serious.
