On a very wet bank holiday afternoon, Hendon ran out 2-0 winners "at home" to landlords Harrow Borough.

It was a comfortable win backed by an excellent performance, and the first goal came in the 35th minute courtesy of Leon Smith.

The second, and decisive goal, came within two minutes of the second half kicking off when Oliver Sprague's shot was deflected into the top corner for his first goal for the club.

The result moves the club up to sixth place in the table as the good start to the campaign continues.
