The first team look to build on their excellent start to the season as they entertain Lewes in a game that is one of the only matches taking place in London on Sunday afternoon.

The game is being promoted as part of the Non League Day campaign that is taking place over the weekend due to the fact there is no Premier League or Championship football. Do you have a friend who has a season ticket at a Premier League, Football League or Scottish League club? Why not bring them along and they can get in for the reduced price of just £5. Hopefully they will like what they see and will come back again.

Lewes have had a good start to the season, despite an opening day defeat to Lowestoft Town. They have followed that up with three straight wins against Metropolitan Police, Billericay Town and most recently Horsham.

They have had some player movement this week with 17 year old midfielder Jed Wallace signing for Portsmouth, whilst joining the Rooks is Christian Nanetti, who will be familiar to Hendon supporters as he appeared for Harrow on Monday afternoon wearing the number 11 shirt.

Kick off at Vale Farm on Sunday is at 3.00pm, and we look forward to seeing everyone there, particularly those who have never been before.

If you are one of those who has never been before, you can find out what to expect at Vale Farm by going to our new First Visit page via the link below.

If you are travelling by public transport, please note that the Metropolitan Line is only not operating between Harrow and Aldgate, whilst the Jubilee Line is not operating between Stanmore and West Hampstead. The London Overground, Bakerloo and Piccadilly Lines should be operating a normal Sunday service.
