A 2-0 victory for Hendon boosted their hopes of a good finish in the league, Hyatt scoring from the spot for the Green's first, and a second from Towler putting the game beyond Carshalton's reach.

Hendon Supporters Association members have voted Jon Daly as their player of the 1999-2000 season. The midfielder re-signed from St Albans City in August 1998, after an earlier spell at the club, 1992-94, has been the most consistent player in what most fans consider an up and down season. Daly has started 55 out of Hendon's 56 games this season and scored 5 goals and been captain when Gary Fitzgerald has been absent. "I just want to say 'thank you' to all our supporters," he said after winning the trophy.
