At the end of season dinner, over �1000 was raised for Aaron Stephenson, the 8 year old son of former Hendon central defender Dave Stephenson. Aaron, who has been ill for a number of years, has now been diagnosed with terminal leukaemia, and the prognosis is that he is unlikely to survive until the end of the year. Aaron would love to go to Florida to see the dolphins, and go to Disneyworld, and Dave and his wife are raising money to take him there.
