Hendon came away from Billericay's New Lodge with nothing but two likely suspensions, for goalkeeper Andy Iga, and midfielder Jon Daly. Both sides had chances in the first half, but the home side got their first goal just before half time, leaving Hendon with everything to do in the second half yet again. This time however, the Dons found themselves with a much tougher job, as Iga was sent off for allegedly handling outside the area, and Simon Clarke going in goal could do nothing to stop the resulting free-kick from hitting the net. Late on in the game Jon Daly followed Iga for an early bath after his second booking. Daly said after the game that he had been mistaken for Gary Fitzgerald. Hendon could do nothing with their chances in the remaining minutes.
