Doc. Martens side Tonbridge Angels were soundly beaten today at a still damp LOOT Stadium. Man of the match Iain Duncan scored the first goal for Hendon after around 10 minutes, drilling the ball into the net after two good saves from Joe Radford. The second was an own goal from Gene Clout, sliding a Duncan cross into his own net. Several other good chances went begging, but Tonbridge failed to threaten Wilmot, leaving Hendon to collect their 2-0 victory, and seal a visit from Worcester City next month.
