Website/e-mail problems explained

We would like to apologise for the problems that have been encountered with both the website and our e-mail service over the past 2-3 days. This has been due to movement to a new, faster server on which we have encountered teething problems, including a missing record which led to all e-mail being redirected. The problems have now been resolved, and e-mail is now being delivered correctly. All "missing" e-mail will be forwarded on to the intended recepients shortly. Greensnet would like to emphasise that this is the first problem of its kind that we have ever encountered and that it should not recur in the future.
