Four Hendon players have earned representative call-ups in the last couple of weeks. Sam Byfield was a member of the Middlesex U18 squad who played at Worcester City last weekend while Chad Coombes, who was a substitute for the first team a few times in the early part of the season, has been selected for the New Zealand Under-20s World Cup squad. The others to earn honours are under-16s players Daniel Llewellyn and Aaron McLeish who are in the Middlesex County FA squad for their forthcoming games. For Llewellyn, the son of Under-16s manager "Lou", this is yet another honour, following his selection for the England Schoolboys training squad at Lilleshall in the summer.
