Tomorrow afternoon sees the first team return to league action as they entertain Harrow Borough looking to complete a double over our opponents. In company with most Ryman League teams, Harrow were left kicking their heels last Saturday, snow and ice putting paid to their trip to Maidenhead, and they remain in 15th place in the table, with 35 points from 29 games. Earlier this season, Hendon won 3-1 at Earlsmead, thanks to two goals from Eugene Ofori and one from Steve Forbes. Last season, Hendon enjoyed a 2-0 win at Harrow with goals from Dale Binns and Davis Haule, who later joined Borough and was on the winning side in the return, which ended 1-0 at Claremont Road. The match will see a number of players in action against their former club: Hendon have Borough old boys David Hook, Steve Butler, Mark Cooper, Lee Endersby and Jon-Barrie Bates, while Harrow have Davis and Brian Haule, Phil Gridelet and Marvyn Watson as ex-Dons. Kick off tomorrow is 3.00pm and no pitch inspections are planned.
