As clubs are now back in training for the new season, the rumour mill is back in operation regarding the whereabouts of players. As well as Dwayne Plummer joining Thurrock, Andy Cook has reportedly signed for Hemel Hempstead Town and Steve Forbes signed a contract last night to play for Billericay Town. Both Jon-Barrie Bates and Antony Howard are in the AFC Wimbledon squad to play at Dagenham & Redbridge tomorrow, although neither have formally signed for them. There is no confirmed news on players joining the club yet, although a number of new faces are currently training.
