Hendon's new senior youth side played a preseason friendly last weekend, travelling to Herne Hill to take on Colombia FC, a team made up of South Americans from that country. They were a much older and more skilful squad than Mark Crawford's charges, but the final score of 2-0, a goal in each half to the hosts, was a promising outcome.
