Hendon completed a double over local rivals Harrow Borough this afternoon as they won 1-0 at Claremont Road. The Greens had an early shout for a penalty turned down when Frendo appeared to be pulled down by Dean Marney, but in the 18th minute Eugene Ofori found the back of the net from close range after John Frendo's shot had been blocked. The Greens had the better of the chances for the rest of the game, Dave King only being forced into one save by the Harrow attack and the result moves Hendon into the top half of the table above Monday afternoons opponents Wealdstone.
