The Greens will go into tomorrow evening's home game against Premier Division newboys Ashford Town (Middx) keen to ensure they build on the point gained at Heybridge yesterday. Without doubt the team finally earned some deserved reward for the effort and commitment they have shown so far this season. Ashford have had a mixed start to their campaign, they won their first game at Walton & Hersham on the opening day of the season, but since then have picked up just two points in their last four games, drawing against Staines Town and Boreham Wood. There are likely to be two former Hendon players in their line up in goalkeeper Tony Wells and midfielder Paul Johnson. Kick off at Claremont Road is at 7.45pm, but don't forget that for those of you unable to get to the game there will be updates on the messageboard and on the livescores website.
