This afternoon, manager Gary McCann spoke to Greensnet and asked us to pass on the following message from himself, his staff and the players:

"On behalf of the management and the players, I would like to wish all our supporters a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

"It has been a difficult start to the season, particularly with the move away from Claremont Road back in September. However, we now have a fully fit squad, and everyone is totally focused and committed to ensuring that we get ourselves out of relegation trouble.

"Once again this season, our support from the terraces has been excellent. It gives the players an enormous boost to know that you are there supporting them week in, week out and is always appreciated.

"I hope that you all have a good break over the next few days, and, together with the players, I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday at Harrow for the game against Boreham Wood."
