Hendon won the crucial game against Walton & Hersham 3-0 this afternoon thanks to three goals in fourteen second half minutes. After a goalless first half, the Greens took the lead in the 55th minute through Belal Aiteouakrim and eleven minutes later Brian Haule doubled the lead. The third goal came in the 69th minute when Jamie Busby slid the ball home and from there the Greens saw the game to the end without any scares. Earlier Richard Wilmot, who was making his 50th appearance, made an outstanding double save to prevent Walton from taking the lead.
