Gary took over as Manager in February 2005 and is now in his fifth full season in charge. Originally joined the club in March 1997 as Frank Murphy's first signing and went on to make nearly 200 appearances between the sticks. Was popular with the supporters during his time with the club as a player and his popularity has continued in his managerial role. Gary was named "ERREA" Manager Of The Month for August / September 2007 after having taken Hendon to the number one position in the Ryman Premier League, this was his first Manager Of The Month award and Gary of course recognised the efforts of the Backroom & Playing Staff in acheiving this. Gary's dedication to Hendon has held the club together on the playing front during the turmoils which resulted in the move to the Club's new headquarters at Vale Farm.
