Experienced midfielder who re-signed for his second spell at the club from Gosport Borough in June 2019 having originally signed from Metropolitan Police in February 2017. Began his career at Arsenal, before going on to make 339 appearances for Reading, scoring 24 goals, including two seasons in the Premier League. Other clubs include Sheffield United, Doncaster Rovers, Hull City, Barnet and Basingstoke Town
