Thursday 14th April - Slough Town 0 Hendon 1

The reserves finished on a high note as they beat Slough Town 1-0 with a line up that included four of the under 18s cup winning side. The goal came in the final minute courtesy of Bradley Bubb, while Conor Carroll, Chad Griffiths, Matthew Peart and Bubb were outstanding according to joint manager Eugene Spellman.

Team : Derek Lewis, Chad Griffiths, Matthew Peart, Anthony Watkins, Conor Carroll, Ozzie Zort, Chad Edwards, Gary Meakin, Bradley Bubb, Luke Craig, Daniel Cardozo. Subs all used : Kevin Williams, Ricardo Figueira, Jack Woodcraft.

Wednesday 6th April - Harrow Borough 3 Hendon 0

The reserves lost 3-0 at Harrow Borough. 2-0 down at half time, they put in a much improved performance in the second half and were unfortunate to concede a third goal. Players who shone were Chad Griffiths, Matthew Peart, Bradley Bubb and Kevin Williams.

Wednesday 30th March - Hendon 1 Chesham United 5

The reserves, fielding a number of trialists, lost 5-1 to a strong Chesham United side this evening. However, on a very positive note, they outplayed their opponents for the first hour before tiring as Chesham's experience showed through. Chesham took the lead in the first half, but early in the second half Jason O'Connor equalised. Chesham regained the lead almost straight away, and as the Greens tired, they took control to score three further goals. Joint manager Eugene Spellman was very pleased with the performance, particularly in the first hour, and named Chad Griffiths as his man of the match, with under 18 squad member Matthew Peart a close second.

Monday 7th March - Berkhamsted Town 7 Hendon 0

A young reserve side suffered another heavy defeat, this time going down 7-0 to a more experienced Berkhamsted Town side.

Wednesday 16th February - Hendon 1 Windsor & Eton 5

Despite fielding an experienced line up, the reserves slipped to a comprehensive 5-1 defeat at the hands of a quick Windsor & Eton side. The visitors were 3-0 ahead within fifteen minutes, and moved four goals ahead in the 57th minute. Ross Pickett pulled a goal back five minutes later, but with around fifteen minutes to go, Windsor scored their fifth goal to complete the scoring.

Team : Andy Vincent, Corey Campbell, Steve McGrath, Chris Sparks, Chris Childs, Andy Sherry, Richard McDonagh, Anthony Clark, Rob Courtnage, Joe Nartey, Ross Pickett. Used subs : Chad Edwards, Tom Woodcraft, Kevin Bissah. Unused subs : Jaz Rose, Bradley Bubb.

Wednesday 9th February - Aylesbury United 0 Hendon 4

The reserves picked up their first win of the season at Aylesbury United this evening, helped by the fact that the strongest available first team side was fielded and led by the new management team of Gary McCann and Andy Pape. The final score was 4-0, and it was Eugene Ofori who opened the scoring after 54 seconds finishing off a fine move involving Dave Hunt and Dave Sargent. John Frendo hit a fine lob in the 10th minute to double the lead, and on the half hour mark Gary Meakin headed home a Sargent cross. The fourth goal was the best of the lot, coming in the 64th minute when James Burgess scored with a screaming drive from 25 yards. Dave King had just the one save to make and the result means the squad go into Saturday's crucial league game against Cheshunt with a suitable confidence boost. Both Richard McDonagh and Ross Pickett were unavailable through injury.

Wednesday 2nd February - Hendon 0 Yeading 4

The reserves are still searching for their first win of the season following their 4-0 defeat at home to Yeading. The 'Ding scored two goals in each half, each resulting from individual chances. The Greens did create some good chances but were unable to finish them off.

Team : Siki Kambala, Junior Howell, Warren Clarke, Jazz Rose, Tom Woodcraft, Chad Edwards, Adilson Lopez, Chris Childs, Wayne Thirkell, Joe Nartey, Kevin Bissah. Subs (all used) : Gary Thirkell, Martin Westcott, Apacha Ayala.

Wednesday 26th January - Farnborough Town 1 Hendon 1

The reserves put in a much improved performance as they picked up their second point of the season last night as they drew 1-1 at Farnborough Town. The goal was scored by Gary Thirkell.

Wednesday 19th January - Hendon 1 Harrow Borough 5

In their first game in seven weeks, the lack of match practice showed as the reserves slipped to a 5-1 home defeat at the hands of Harrow Borough. Gary Thirkell scored the Greens only goal.

Wednesday 1st December - Hendon 2 Berkhamsted Town 4

A second half comeback wasn't enough for the reserves this evening as they were beaten 4-2 by Berkhamsted Town. 4-0 down soon after the break, they fought back through a penalty from Mark Burgess and a deflected goal from Chad Edwards to give some respectability to the scoreline.

Team : Siki Kambila, Marcus Izycki, Gilbert Nuako, Warren Clarke, Mark Burgess, Sami Lufti, James Burgess, Chad Edwards, Steve Brady, Anthony Robinson, Tom Woodcraft. Subs used : Roy Santos, Martin Delaney, Andy Sherry.

Wednesday 24th November - Chesham United 2 Hendon 1

The reserves put in a much improved perfomance last night and were unfortunate to lose 2-1 at Chesham United. Tom Woodcraft gave them the lead in the 1st minute, and they held onto the lead until the hour mark. The winning goal game fifteen minutes from time, and manager Eugene Spellman said that he was delighted with what was a terrific performance, and that the team deserved at least a point. Mention was made of Matthew Peart, one of the under 18 squad who made his reserve team debut with an assured performance.

Wednesday 3rd November - Windsor & Eton 4 Hendon 0

The reserves lost again last night, this time going down to a 4-0 defeat at Windsor & Eton. Sami Lufti and Chad Edwards were the shining lights in a badly injury hit side.

Wednesday 27th October - Hendon 0 Slough Town 9

The reserves were soundly thrashed 9-0 this evening by Slough Town at Claremont Road. The only shining light on an otherwise extremely disappointing night was 16 year old midfielder Chad Edwards.

Wednesday 13th October - Hendon 1 Aylesbury United 3

The reserves disappointing start to the season continued with a 3-1 defeat at home to Aylesbury United this evening. The Ducks took the lead in the 42nd minute through Jim Horwood, before Adilson Lopez scored his first goal of the season to equalise in the 68th minute. However, four minutes later John Bromwell restored the lead for Aylesbury, and the victory was confirmed with two minutes to go by Cobi Sintin

Wednesday 6th October - Gravesend & Northfleet 6 Hendon 0

Hendon were defeated in the first round of the League Cup in comprehensive style by a strong Gravesend & Northfleet side, who included James Pinnock, who hit a hat-trick.

Wednesday 8th September - Hendon 1 Farnborough Town 1

The reserves drew 1-1 with Farnborough Town in a hard fought game this evening. After the kick off had been delayed until 8.45pm due to the late arrival of Farnborough due to major traffic problems, both sides made a bright start to the game. It was the Greens that opened the scoring in the 22nd minute when Usif Bangura took advantage of hesitancy in the Farnborough defence. The equaliser came ten minutes later when Farnborough counter attacked and scored. Both sides had half chances in the second half, but both keepers were equal to everything.

Wednesday 1st September - Yeading 3 Hendon 1

The reserves lost their first game of the season tonight 3-1 at Yeading. In a game where Yeading's experience showed through as the game went on, the home side took the lead through Ryan McIntosh in the 37th minute. Shortly after half time Nevin Saroya doubled the lead from the penalty spot after Scott Williams had brought down Bradley Quamina in the penalty box. Tom Woodcraft pulled a goal back with 8 minutes to go with a delicious lob from 20 yards before Danny Ellis completed the scoring when he scored Yeading's third shortly before the final whistle.

Team : Luke Thornton, Sami Luft (Marcus Izycki 44), Daniel Efoe, Warren Clarke, Gilbert Nuako, Chad Edwards, Russell Joseph, Jack Woodcraft (Junior Howell HT), Roy Santos, Tom Woodcraft, Gary Thirkell (Scott Williams HT). Unused subs : Alie Sesay, Nana Kusi Nkansah.

Sunday 1st August - New manager appointed

Gary Woodcraft has been appointed as the new reserve team manager, and Eugene Spellman will be assisting him. The reserves will once again be competing in the Capital League, playing most of their games on Wednesday evenings.
